We are holding “SPACE DANCE PHOTO & VIDEO EXHIBITION“ at SD2 GALLERY with the selected photos & videos from the last SPACE DANCE PROJECT recorded by Tokyo Space Dance in Japan and overseas, currently ongoing projects, and Tetsuro Fukuhara’s works.
SD2 GALLERYにおいて、世界中で開催したスペースダンスプロジェクトの記録と、現在進行中のプロジェクト、また福原哲郎作品などをまとめ、「スペースダンス写真展 & 映像展」を開催しています。

SPACE DANCE SCHOOL / スペースダンススクール
At Space Dance School, we train the students to learn the essence of space dance and present the results every month to develop them as the artists who can be active throughout the lifetime without being influenced by the trends of the times.
スペースダンススクールでは、 スペースダンスのエッセンスを学び、その成果を毎月発表することを通して、時代の流行に左右されずに生涯にわたり能動的に活動できるアーティストを育成します。

SPACE DESIN SCHOOL / スペースデザインスクール
At “SPACE DESIGN WORKSHOP“, we try to design various Objects, Spaces, and Images including Space Tube through the training our imaginative power and creativity. Then, we use its results for “Space Dance Workshop & Performance”, also at “Space Museum” we exhibit and sell it.
「スペースデザインワークショップ」では、想像力と創造力を鍛え、スペースチューブをはじめ、モノ・空間・イメージのデザインに挑戦します。その成果は『スペースダンスワークショップ & 公演』で使用すると共に、『スペースミュージアム』に展示し、販売します。

SPIRITUAL JOURNEY /
スピリチュアルジャーニー
This book is my “Mythical Journey” to go to find my lost girlfriend ELENA, she died youth, together with my dear space dancers. Through this journey I tried to reach “Surplus Dimension“. Because I felt she lives in Surplus Dimension.
この本は若くして死んだ福原哲郎の恋人エレナに、スペースダンサーと共に会いに行く「神話的な旅」です。彼はこの旅を通して「余剰次元」へのアプローチを試みています。エレナは余剰次元に住んでいると感じているからです。

GLORIFICAION of Elena /
エレナ礼賛
My lover who died young Elena, is a magician to me, she appears with different charm figures everywhere I go, and she haunts me. I summarize the appearance as “Glorification of Elena” and continues to express it. Because I believe that if I continue to draw her, she will come back to life. (Tetsuro Fukuhara)
私の早死にした恋人・エレナは魔術師であり、私が行く先々で違った魅力的な姿を取って出没し、私を悩ませます。私は、その姿を『エレナ礼賛』として纏め、表現を続けています。私が彼女を絵描き続ける事で、私は彼女が生き返ると信じているからです。(福原哲郎)

“Eckhart’s Garden” is Tetsuro Fukuhara’s life work. Composed of “poetry + design + space dance + story“, he is challenging the synthesis of expressions by one artist.
『エックハルトの庭』は、福原哲郎がライフワークと定めている作品です。「詩+デザイン+スペースダンス+物語」により構成し、一人のアーティストによる表現の総合化に挑戦しています。

SPACE DANCE in the Robotic Universe /
スペースダンス・イン・ザ・ロボティックユニバース
Tetsuro Fukuhara consists this work with 12 chapters “Memory, Walking Dance, Paradise, Water Wings, Extra Dimension, Strange Fruit, Fluid Furniture, Affinity, Standing Zen, Walking Dance 2, Catharsis, and Flower” and present it every month. And every time, the main characters of this work, the author (Tetsuro Fukuhara), Aparos, and Elena, continue to “grow“.
福原哲郎はこの作品を「記憶・ウォーキングダンス・パラダイス・水の翼・余剰次元・奇妙な果実・流体家具・親和性・立ち上がる禅・ウォーキングダンス2・カタルシス・花」の12章により構成し、毎月発表しています。毎回、この作品の主人公の作者(福原哲郎)・アパロス・エレナの3者は、「成長」を続けます。
