[Poem; Mermaid / 詩; 人魚]
One old pterosaur approached me from the sky and whispered “You remember Everything.”
My body and brain store all my memories, including those I had when I was an animal. With the delicate movements of Space Dance, my brain trembles and various creatures in memory are revived. One day, when I was sinking in the water of the sea, various memories revived in my mind. A long time ago, I felt I went up to the ground as a “Mermaid“. There is also a legend that the mermaid is the ghosts of the animals who had returned to the sea and become dolphins and whales long ago when they didn’t remember anymore. I don’t know if they regret or they are inviting humans to the sea?
一頭の年老いた翼竜が空から私に近づいてきて囁いた、「あなたはすべてを覚えている」と。
私の身体と脳には動物だった頃の記憶を含め、あらゆる記憶が保存されているようだ。スペースダンスの微細な動きに連れて、私の脳が震え、記憶の中の多様な生物が蘇ってくる。或る日、海の水に身を沈めていたら、ひとつの記憶が蘇ってきた。大昔、私は「人魚」として大地に上がったこともあった気がする。人魚とは、もう覚えていないくらい遠い昔に、海に還ってイルカやクジラになった動物たちの亡霊だという伝説もある。人魚たちはいま、悔やんでいるのか。それとも人間を海に誘っているのか。

[Poem; Trial to Restart Humans / 詩; 人間を始め直す試み]
The human can make mistakes and seek the right way over and over again. And, what is needed each time is to re-experience a “Miracle of Bipedalism“. Because, it is an “Attempt to restart Humans.”
New discoveries and new inventions were not only good things. This is because it has given rise to new desires that the human has never expected and has brought new conflicts in the human world. Do I remember those experiences when I landed as amphibian, ran as quadruped animal, stood up on two legs, and flew in the sky as bird? When I was a bird, I felt I saw that there were many “gaps” in the sky and various things falling from them. And when I became a human, I stood up to catch what was falling from the sky, reached out my hands toward the sky, and felt desperately learning to walk on two legs. What on earth did I receive from the sky?
人間は、何度でも過ちを繰り返し、何度でも正しい道を求めることが出来る。そして、その度に必要になるのは、「二足歩行の奇跡」を追体験することだ。それが「人間を始め直す試み」だからである。
新しい発見や新しい発明は、いいことだけではなかった。人間の心に予想もしなかった新しい欲望を引き起こし、 新しい対立を人間の世界につくり出して来たからだ。私が両生類として陸に上がった時。四足動物として走った時。2本の足で立ち上がった時。鳥として空を飛んだ時。私はその時々の様子を覚えているだろうか? 私が鳥だった時、空には沢山の「すきま」が存在し、そこからいろんなものが落下しているのを見た気がする。そして、私が人間になった時、空から落下してくるものを受け止めるようとよろよろと立ち上がり、空に向かって両手を伸ばした。私は、その行為が自分の二足歩行を完成させたように記憶している。私が空から受け取ったもの、それは一体何だっただろう?
